Abstract / Introduction
In today’s fast-paced world, it is important for individuals to have access to quick and reliable car repair and towing services in case of emergencies. However, finding a nearby and trust worthy service provider can be a daunting task. Therefore, the proposed project aims to develop an online location-based platform that connects users with car repair and towing service providers in their vicinity

Functional Requirements:

1) User Registration: Users should be able to register on the platform and create their profile
with personal and vehicle information.

2) Service Provider Registration: Service providers should be able to register on the platform
and create their profile with business and service information.

3) Location-Based Search: The platform should allow users to search for nearby service
providers based on their current location.

4) Service Request: Users should be able to request car repair or towing services from the
service providers available in their vicinity.

5) Service Confirmation: Service providers should be able to confirm the service request and
provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA).

6) Service Tracking: Users should be able to track the service provider’s location and ETA in real- time.

7) Service Rating: Users should be able to rate and provide feedback on the service provided by
the service provider.

8) Responsiveness: The Web Application must be responsive and able to run efficiently on any device such as Mobile Phone, Tablet, Laptop and desktop of any size.

Actors Involved:
1) Users: The primary users of the platform who require car repair or towing services in case of
emergencies.

2) Service Providers: The businesses or individuals providing car repair and towing services
through the platform.

3) Admin: The platform’s administrators who manage the platform’s functionality, user accounts, and service provider accounts.
